At Miam’s Pet Grooming & Boutique, that’s more than just a tagline, it’s the philosophy we’ve built our business around from day one.

Founded by Philippe and Ana Carolina Miam, Miam’s was created to redefine what a grooming experience can feel like: personalized, transparent, and genuinely calm for every pet who walks through our doors.

Philippe brings award-winning expertise, with more than 11 titles from grooming competitions across Toronto, while Ana Carolina brings her own creative eye and hands-on care to everything that represents the Miam’s brand.

OUR APPROACH

At Miam's, your groomer greets you at the door, not a receptionist. We believe that the person caring for your pet should also be the person you can speak with directly.
Every step of the grooming process is explained clearly, so you always know what's happening, what your pet needs, and why. That same level of care extends to our salon environment itself: patient, unhurried, and thoughtfully designed to keep pets as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
We don't believe in treating grooming like a routine transaction. Every pet has their own personality, history, coat, comfort level, and individual needs, and we take the time to understand them.

Philippe is deeply committed to training and mentoring every groomer who joins Miam’s, helping build a stable, skilled team that clients can get to know and trust over time.

Alongside our groomers are our bathers and the people working behind the scenes, all contributing to the experience we strive to provide every day.

Our goal is not only to develop great groomers, but to create an environment where our team can continue learning, growing, and delivering exceptional care to every pet.

WHAT WE BELIEVE IN

Care goes beyond the grooming table. The way we care for pets doesn’t stop at how they look on the outside.

We’re intentional about the products we bring into our salon and onto our shelves. We carefully select natural, high-quality treats and products that align with the standards we want for our own animals.

We’re also strong advocates for raw food nutrition and believe that thoughtful nutrition can play an important role in supporting a pet’s overall health and well-being. For us, wellness is part of the bigger picture.

At home, we’re a family of animal lovers, raising our daughter, Winter, alongside a rather unique group of furry, scaled, and slithering family members:

  • Zoe, our Shih Tzu
  • Jack, our Ball Python
  • Robertinho, our Leopard Gecko

Our animals are part of our everyday lives, and they’re a big part of why we approach pet care the way we do. They're family.
